The Huddle Room ladders up its top management team with movements and changes in role assignments to drive growth in business, people, partners and platforms.
Dimples Cruz will steer both The Huddle Room and its digital, performance and native agency – Hyper Buzzle as Chairman / CEO. To further drive growth, Julia Garcia will be the Chief Growth Officer who will lead expansion on new businesses and growth opportunities across partners and people. To stimulate synergies across mainstream and new media, Eugene Manalo is tasked to be the Chief of E-Merging Platforms and Data of the agency. On the creatives side, Reena Robles will be Chief of Innovations to oversee the creative unit of the agency.
Pat Dizon as new Managing Director of The Huddle Room
The Huddle Room will now be under the dynamic and young stewardship of Pat Dizon as the new Managing Director. Pat is the youngest among the 5 Founders and will take a new role in redefining the meaning and purpose of the agency as the first Growth agency in the country. She started her advertising career in Ace Saatchi & Saatchi and honed her media and branded entertainment expertise during her Starcom Philippines years. She eventually led her own business unit at Touch DDB Philippines before joining her friends (now partners) to launch The Huddle Room in 2013. Her young, vibrant and steadfast perseverance and native creativity in media will help boost the agency to its growth stance ahead in the industry.
Aligned with the growth path of the agency, the management team identified some of the future leaders of the agency to crystallize their roles in the agency:
Tatum Cruz will be Native Unit Growth Head who is concurrently leading the hybrid unit of Communications Engagement Team tasked for total consumer engagement (clients, audience and influencers).
Kim San Luis, current Associate Integrated Communications Director will be one of the Platform Growth Unit Heads. Kim transformed from media strategy to integrated communications leading new businesses and agency media innovations.
Kris Calot a homegrown talent, will also be one of the Platform Growth Unit Heads. He went on a full 360 experience of advertising discipline within The Huddle Room tracing back his internship role and now one of agency’s Associate Director for Integrated Comms and a key driver of winning pitches.
Laddering up data and creative-content teams
The Huddle Room’s Creative team was also poised for growth as it launches LADDR – a data driven creative growth unit of the agency. LADDR will be led by Joey Melliza (Creative Director) together with Reena Robles as Chief of Innovations. This team will provide the needed creative content output based on strategic insights funneled from fused data and information.
Fused data by the agency is powered by its data management, social media community and analytics team which is now known as Pulse. Pulse, a central data unit will provide the latest beat and relationship of key metrics across sources of research to come up with a FUSED approach via filtering, unifying, simulating and evaluating quantitative and qualitative information diffused into key insights and learnings. Pulse will be the central data and research unit of both The Huddle Room and Hyper Buzzle. This will be led by Eugene Manalo (Chief of E-Merging Platforms & Data) together with Aleli Dinglasan (Director) ably supported by young platform analytics specialist Gian Vizcarra.
LADDR x PULSE provide the needed data-driven creative content across platforms for the agency.
